Scholarship Requirements Scholarship Eligibility Requirements – 2025 Award Cycle: All scholarship applicants must be a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association on/by January 15, 2025 for the 2025 Award Cycle. As applicants progress through their academic career in athletic training or an allied health profession (maintaining NATA membership and involvement) they may apply for the different levels of scholarships, but may receive only one for each level. Pre-Athletic Training Scholarship Eligibility Requirements (2025 Award): Program Status: Must be entering Year 1 of a CAATE-accredited professional athletic training program between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Proof of enrollment will be required if awarded. GPA: Have a cumulative overall GPA of at least 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
