Distinguished Scholar Presentations
Held each year at the NATA Annual Meeting & Clinical Symposia, the Distinguished Scholar Presentations is the forum where exchange lecturers from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM) and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports medicine share their research. The annual lecture exchange promotes the sharing of medical knowledge between professional organizations and the NATA Foundation.
The NATA Medal for Distinguished Athletic Training Research, New Investigator Award and Doctoral Dissertation Award are formally presented at the two hour session, as are the Journal of Athletic Training and Free Communications Awards.
